Vumbura Plains opened its doors under the management of Wilderness Safaris company in 2005.
Vumbura Plains is located in the Northern part of the Okavango Delta, on the border of Moremi Park. The hotel is divided into Northern and southern parts – Vumbura Plains North and Vumbura Plains South. There are wooden walkways raised above the ground, in each part there is a Central terrace with a dining area, a bar, comfortable tents with thatched roofs and wooden doors.
Each room has a spacious bedroom, a living area with a sofa and chairs and a fan.
Interiors are decorated in warm colors, the furniture is made of light wood, draperies are the white colors, the floors and the walls are decorated with wicker accessories.
The tents are located on separate terraces, which offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, each terrace has a small swimming pool, high wooden platforms lead to the Central buildings of the rooms.
The hotel offers a large outdoor swimming pool, gift shop, equipment for lectures, Laundry, emergency room, take-off runway, and leisure organization.
